I am pleased to announce the following changes in the administration of the Diocese as follows;
Rev. Fr. Paul Sanogo is appointed Parish Priest of Our Lady of Help Parish – Mua;
Rev. Fr. Anthony Kadyampakeni is appointed Paris Priest of St. Joseph Parish- Chiphwanya; He is also appointed Diocesan Bible Coordinator;
Rev. Fr. Humphrey Chafukira is appointed Parish priest of Our Lady of Fatima Parish- Chipoka;
Rev. Fr. Paul Kunkumbira is appointed Rector of St. Kizito Minor Seminary;
Rev. Fr. Isaac Mwazambumba is appointed Bishop’s Vicar for the Under-five priests;
Rev. Fr. Maximian Khisi is appointed Vice Rector of St. Kizito Minor Seminary;
Rev. Fr. Mathews Tolokosi is appointed Parochial Vicar of Holy Angels Parish- Matumba;
Rev. Fr. Sosten Office is appointed Parochial Vicar of Bilira Sub- Parish with residence at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Parish – Sharpevale;
Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Tchuma is appointed Parochial Vicar of Holy Family Cathedral – Bembeke. He is also to be contacted for matters that require the attention of the office of the Bishop’s Secretary;
Rev. Fr. Innocent Mlongoti is appointed Parochial Vicar of St. John the Baptist Parish – Kanyama;
Rev. Fr. Alexander Chombwe remains Parochial Vicar of Holy Family Cathedral – Bembeke, as he undertakes a diploma Course in Canon Law at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Nairobi.
Rev. Fr. Samson Chembe is appointed at Bishop’s House;
Rev. Fr. Mathews Chimtendere goes for study leave to undertake licentiate studies in Sacred Liturgy in Rome;
Rev. Sr. Linda Ugwu is appointed Administrator of Kasina Health Centre;
The appointments are with immediate effect.
